Shipping by UPS.  
Your citrus/fruit boxes are shipped by temperature control trucks from Florida to the nearest UPS hub of it's destination. 
Supply physical addresses - No PO Boxes...
It takes approximately 4-6 business days from the ship date for delivery for normal postal zones. 
Far West States and Canada may take longer. 
There is a shipping and handling charge of $14.99 per unit shipped. 
Canada Shipments have an additional surcharge of $21.00 per box shipped ($14.99 s/h + $21.00 = $35.99).
