
1. *Only Use "Valid"
United States Postal
Service Mailing Addresses. The Post Office makes the final delivery!
We are not responsible if incorrect addresses are given, the party has moved
and/or fails to respond to the USPS delivery notice attempt. It takes 5 -
7 days from the ship date for delivery.
2. *This order form has room for
4 ship to addresses. If you have more
then 4, use the comment sections to add the names and addresses of the other
people you wish to ship to. The majority of checkout forms on other web sites only allow for 1 ship to address...but with this
program and setup we can save you time.
*Please use full names, not
initials for your ship to person (i.e. A Smith or The Smith Family
should be Andrew Smith or the Andrew Smith Family).
3. *Regarding Greeting Messages -
Your billing name or family name (if supplied), appears on the label of the
citrus box as the sender; For example "Compliments of: M/M John Smith & Family".
Here is a commonly used gift message: "Happy Holidays Love Mom & Dad".
Greeting Message may contain up to 5 words.
4. *Some
postal zones (Zones 6, 7 and 8 & Canada) require additional postage and if applicable
will be charged (as a separate charge) to your credit card.

Chart Select "YES" on the
authorization box on the order form as your total amount shown
when you check out does not include the postal zone surcharge for
these areas. This charge is in addition to the normal
Shipping & Handling Charge of $10.00 per unit shipped.
.5. *Our web site is
set up to automatically charge your credit card at the time of purchase.

during our normal business hours.
6. *If
your order comes back as AVS Mismatch, this means you have entered
the wrong credit card billing address or you have not put the
correct information in the correct field including the CVV Security
Code. Double check this before you
hit Proceed with Secure Checkout button again. By continuing to hit the submit
with an AVS Mismatch each time you re-submit your order and an AVS Mistach occurs, that amount will be held against your card for 2 days...and
then will clear. You should call 1-800-459-8897 and place your
order over the phone.
7. *Note: Required fields are in bold.
Please note: Some browsers will not remember the form values entered by you if you fail to enter information in "required
fields" and you are then required to click the back button. Therefore, you will have to reenter all form values. This is not caused by this program and
is unavoidable due to browser variance.
