How do I get a 10% Discount?
10%
Discounts are given on orders over $500, excluding shipping & handling.
The Club Plan & the January Special that has
been previously discounted are not included in this offer. The Pell Super Special "will" receive a 10% discount. If you have

2. When should I place my order for
Christmas delivery?
To assure Christmas Delivery please place your
order by December 5th.
3. What is your
Guarantee?
We guarantee our fruit to arrive in good condition, except
for highly perishable tangerines. If unforeseen damage
occurs, please let us know. We will gladly reship the
damaged portion at our expense. Most damage occurs from
improper handling in transit.
We are not responsible if
incorrect name, address or zip code is given, or if party has
moved, is out of town, or fails to respond to postal delivery
attempt notices. We reserve the right to substitute similar fruit
of equal or great value.
4. What is a tray?
Gift
Carton Information 
Gift cartons contain either:
1 Tray - 1/4 Bushel 2 Trays - 1/2 Bushel 4 Trays - Bushel
1 tray contains approximately
12-15
oranges or 8-12 grapefruit depending on the size of fruit.
2 trays contain approximately
24-30 oranges or
16-24 grapefruit depending on the size of fruit.
4 trays contain approximately
48-60 oranges or
32-48 grapefruit depending on the size of fruit.

Shipments in Zone 6, 7,
and 8 have an additional Postal Zone Charge as follows: Zone 6 = $4.00
Zone 7 - $7.00 and Zone 8 = $10.00.
To check the
Postal Zone Chart
use
the first 3 digits of the destination zip. When you "check out"
there also a link to the Postal Zone Chart to see whether your shipment falls
into one of the above zones.
There is an authorization box on the
order form authorizing us to charge any additional Postal Zones charges to your
credit card. Please check yes or no. If you have any
questions please feel free to contact us.
8. Is there an additional charge for
Canada
? No more Shipments to Canada until Nov 2008.
Shipments going to
Ontario & Quebec have an additional $10.00 postage charge per unit.

Shipping Information
The United States Postal Service makes
the final delivery. It takes approximately 4-6 business days from the ship date for delivery.
Please use a "Valid United States Postal Mailing
Address" as if you were
mailing a package through the Post Office.
There is a shipping
and handling charge of $8.00 per unit shipped. A citrus gift carton of fruit can weigh
from 10 lbs
to to 50 lbs.
